Employment
You’re a great therapist. Are you in the right home?
We’ve been rooted in the Wiregrass community since 2015, and we’re proud to be a Christian private practice. We’re insurance-based and a W2 practice, which means you’re supported, protected, and valued as an employee and team member, not a contractor left to figure it out alone.
Our mission is simple: restore hope, strengthen our community, and reflect the love of Christ through compassionate, evidence-based counseling. We hold that mission seriously – in the therapy room and in how we treat each other.
Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Hold a full, unrestricted license in Alabama as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT
- Have experience or a strong interest in couples/marriage counseling, trauma (EMDR), anxiety and depression, or faith-integrated care
- Believe that clinical excellence and genuine human connection aren’t mutually exclusive
- Want to work somewhere your faith is an asset, not something you have to leave at the door
- Are looking for a practice where leadership actually knows your name and invests in your growth
What We Offer
Clinically:
- A caseload built around your strengths and interests
- Individual and group supervision
- A strong, collaborative clinical team with ongoing support
- Room to grow professionally
Practically:
- Competitive pay, commensurate with experience (clinical pay + administrative pay)
- BCBS health insurance
- Paid time off + paid holidays
- Annual CEU allocation
- Fully furnished private office
- Liability insurance coverage
- Workers’ compensation coverage
- Enterprise business license provided
Culturally:
- A team that leads with humility, communicates directly, and supports one another
- Leadership that is invested in your professional development
- A practice where your work is seen as meaningful – because it is
