About Dover Counseling Services
Dover Counseling Services is a Christian counseling practice in Enterprise, AL. We offer in-person, telehealth, and group services across Alabama and Florida.
Our Story
Dover Counseling Services began on January 3, 2015, when founder Amy Dover opened a solo practice on the second floor of the Enterprise Pediatric Clinic.
Within two months, growth made it clear that one therapist was not enough. Amy added staff and built a group practice.
In January 2017, we moved to a larger location on Rucker Blvd. A second office opened on Fawn Street in January 2020.
In August 2022, we moved into our current building at 1405 Rucker Blvd. It brought every therapist and staff member under one roof and gave us room for group therapy and couples workshops.
What We Believe
Our core value is simple: Love God, Love People.
Our therapists believe they have been called to serve others. Faith integration is offered for clients who want it, and it is never required. Every client is welcome, regardless of background or belief.
