Betty Belisle, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of combined experience in mental health and educational counseling and began private practice in 2019. Betty earned her Bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from Troy University.
Betty provides counseling services for adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapy approaches. She specializes in helping clients manage trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and anger-related concerns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Her approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
For clients who desire it, Betty offers faith-integrated counseling that honors Christian values and incorporates spiritual beliefs as a source of strength, hope, and healing. She thoughtfully integrates faith into the therapeutic process while respecting each client’s personal beliefs and goals.
