    Alissa Evans, ALC is an Associate Licensed Counselor in Alabama under the supervision of Stefanie Archie, LPC-S, providing compassionate counseling services to children, teenagers, and adults. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University in 2022 and became an ALC in January 2023. Alissa has over three years of private practice experience, supporting clients in navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.

    Alissa primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, helping clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies. She creates a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow and heal.

    For clients who desire it, Alissa also thoughtfully integrates Christian faith and beliefs into the therapeutic process, helping them draw strength, hope, and guidance from their faith while working toward personal growth and healing.

    Outside of counseling, Alissa enjoys simple, grounding hobbies such as reading, writing, and journaling. She also embraces creativity and imagination through anime, gaming, and other forms of creative expression, reflecting her belief in the importance of play and imagination in personal growth and emotional well-being.
