Associate Licensed Counselor: Make a Meaningful Impact
Dover Counseling Services is a well-established, Christian private practice located in Enterprise, AL, that has been serving the Wiregrass community for over ten years. We are committed to providing compassionate, professional, and spiritually integrated mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Our team is dedicated to holistic healing, combining evidence-based therapeutic approaches with Christian principles to support our clients on their journey to wellness.
Position Overview
We are seeking two Associate Licensed Counselors to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, and will align with the mission and values of our Christian practice. This role involves providing individual and/or family counseling and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and other team members for case consultation and professional development
- Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach initiatives as needed
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensing regulations, and practice policies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling
- Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama, or Associate Licensed Counselor eligible
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

- Part-time benefits: (12-24 clients per week): CEU allocation, flexible schedule, furnished office, paid business license, paid liability insurance, supervision for Alabama licensure
