Born and raised in North Carolina, she relocated to Alabama in 2016 to be closer to family and has continued to bring dedication, warmth, and expertise to every aspect of the practice. With a background that spans human resources, supervision, and sales, Darlene plays a vital role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and that both clients and staff feel supported. She believes in creating a welcoming, helpful environment where people feel seen and cared for from their very first interaction. Outside of work, Darlene enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her sweet cat, Gracie.
